Commercial Modular Buildings are non-residential factory-built building components and structures designed to meet all applicable building codes. These buildings are all constructed to the current National Building Code (NBC) and CSA standards.
The modular building industry is comprised of two distinct divisions: Relocatable & Permanent.
Relocatable Buildings
Relocatable Buildings, are a partially or completely assembled building constructed and designed to be reused multiple times and transported to different building sites.
Permanent Modular Construction (PMC)
PMC buildings are subject to the same building codes and requirements as site-built structures. PMC’s provides construction-related services for the successful design, manufacturing, delivery, installation and finish-out of commercial and multi-family buildings.
Modular Construction
Modular buildings and modular homes are prefabricated buildings or houses that consist of repeated sections called modules. "Modular" is a construction method that involves constructing sections away from the building site, then delivering them to the intended site.
